Size Guide
In most cases, children’s clothing sizes are based on centilong (cl) or centimetres (cm), referring to the child’s full height from head to toe.
General Tip
Choose the size that most closely matches your child’s current height.
Most dresses include elastic panels at the sides or back (even when they feature a zip), allowing for flexibility and comfort.

Safety Standards & Packaging
Souza & DGF ranges live up to the standards and regulations regarding toy safety, according to the extended requirements for toy safety, the EU’s toy directive (2009/48/EC) and standard EN 71-1-2-3. The EN71 standards are generally recognised as reputable international benchmarks which cover toy flammability and migration of certain. Most outfits come in a hanger (recycled plastic) or poly bag from recycled packaging and biodegradable bags (Souza!). Warning labels on all poly bags are a critical safety measure to protect curious children at risk of accidental suffocation. Please safely dispose of any poly bags immediately upon receiving your order.

Returns Policy
We are happy to receive any products that are faulty or significantly not as described. These must be returned unused and in original condition and must be returned within 10 days of receipt of goods, including your order number and receipt. You are responsible for returning the item(s) at your own cost and recommend a trackable shipping method as proof of return. All garment tags must be still attached and in original re-saleable condition (new, unworn, unwashed). If there are signs that the item has been worn, damaged or is not of saleable quality, we reserve the right to refuse the return/refund.
Warranties cover manufacturing defects and do not cover wear and tear. ‘Wear and tear’ is damage incurred during normal and intended use of the product. It does not cover any damages incurred due to improper use or neglect, including but not limited to rough use, excessive use, stains, marks, and/or improper care, use or washing. Once received and inspected, a refund will be arranged or substituted with a product of equal value (excluding courier cost).
